DEFINITIONS
refers to the personal account created and maintained by the User for availing the Services of Feme.
means the mobile application of Feme available for download on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
means any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services.

include voice calls, sessions and consultations provided to Users through the Platform/Application.
refers to persons engaged in communication with Users of Feme.
refers to persons providing required information who avail services through subscription/payment.

We may change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform confirms acceptance of such changes.
Important: Supporters are individuals associating with Feme to fulfill our Services. Feme is not responsible for Supporter conduct during communications. Report incidents to Feme.
You understand Feme services do not include medical assistance or professional services. Such needs should be addressed through certified Government agencies.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use our Services.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration requires creating a profile with accurate information including Name, Phone No, and Email ID. You may sign up through third-party social networking sites like WhatsApp.
Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username and password.
RIGHT TO LIMITED USE
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained through the Platform.
TERMINATION
Termination by User:
You may terminate this Agreement by deleting your Account. Email hello@feme.co.in with subject "Delete Account".
Termination by Feme:
Feme reserves the right to disable or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these Terms or if activities may harm the Services.
REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines terms under which FEME provides refunds for digital products and services including audio and video call packages.
1. Nature of Our Services
FEME provides digital online counseling services through prepaid or subscription systems. Services are delivered instantly and digitally, and are considered non-tangible and non-returnable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not applicable for successfully delivered services. However, refunds may be issued when:
- Payment was deducted but the purchased package was not activated or credited
- Duplicate payment made for the same service within a short timeframe
- Unauthorized or accidental transaction proven with valid evidence
- Service malfunction caused by verified technical error from our system
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds for completed or partially used call packages
- No refunds if user violates Terms of Service or is blocked for misuse
- No refunds for connectivity/performance issues caused by user's device, internet, or network provider
- No refunds after 7 days of original transaction date
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact support with: registered name, mobile number/email ID, transaction ID and date, payment method, and reason for refund.

5. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Duration depends on your bank or payment provider's policies.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel a purchase before package activation. Once activation or usage begins, cancellation is not possible.
7. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments via third-party gateways (Cashfree, Google Pay, etc.) are subject to their refund terms. We don't control processing times or intermediary deductions.

REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND DATA RETENTION
You may submit feedback, ratings, suggestions, comments, opinions or reviews. You are solely responsible for content you submit.
You agree not to post content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates laws/regulations, or constitutes defamation.
Feme may use, analyze, and/or publish your reviews in accordance with these Terms. You agree to be contacted for feedback purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This limits liability of Feme and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners.
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FEME EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
DISCLAIMER
Feme disclaims responsibility for any payment made directly or indirectly to employees/listeners during sessions. Billing is solely based on time spent during sessions charged to your wallet.
Feme strictly prohibits exchange of personal information (phone numbers, addresses, bank details) between users and employees/listeners.
Important: Supporters do not have access to personal information provided within the app. Any information a Supporter encounters will be assumed to have been willingly shared by you.
Services are exclusively for interactive sessions. Feme discourages Supporters from establishing personal relationships beyond sessions. Any violations will be reported to authorities.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feme from any charges, complaints, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses due to any violation of these Terms.
FORCE MAJEURE
Feme will not be responsible for failure caused by war, floods, fires, pandemics, lockdowns, electrical/internet failures, power outages, government restrictions, or events outside reasonable control.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision becomes void or unenforceable, it shall not affect validity of remaining provisions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by laws of India. Parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Disputes shall first be settled amicably. If unresolved within 15 days, either party may refer to arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
